Send and receive invoices across Europe with one provider. We manage the e-invoicing compliance, you get on with the business.
Four reasons companies choose Inexchange
One provider across Europe
Send and receive invoices in the Nordics, Benelux, and Europe's mandated markets with one provider.
Mandates, rules and standards, handled
You won't need to track what changed where. We monitor the markets we operate in and update everything according to new rules, standards, and mandates in the background.
Control the whole invoice flow
The whole invoice lifecycle in one place: sent, delivered, acknowledged, or failed and why.
Our own infrastructure, not a layer on someone else's
Most providers buy access from an operator and add their own technology on top. We run our own certified Peppol access points, and have helped develop the standards across local networks.
Invoice sending
Send invoices regardless of format
Send all your invoices through your current system or our web portal, and we'll take care of the rest. Whether it's electronic, paper, PDF or email, invoices find their way to the right recipient, every time.
Invoice receiving
Receive all invoices electronically
Network e-invoices, PDFs by email and scanned paper all arrive in the same flow and reach you as structured data. Whatever your suppliers send, you get a clear view of your spend and all your invoices in one place.
Invoicing formats and delivery routes
The right format, the right route
Formats and standards
We support a wide range of local and cross-border formats and standards across Europe. We keep current ones up-to-date, and add more as mandates, regulations, and customer needs change.
Delivery routes
We always find the fastest, cheapest and safest route for each invoice. It goes without saying that e-invoice is always our first choice, but if electronic sending is not possible, invoices can also be delivered through email or mail.
Our delivery routes include for example:
- Peppol and interoperability networks
- NemHandel over eDelivery
- National platforms and networks, e.g. KSeF, SDI
- Digital Post: e-Boks, mit.dk, Kivra, OmaPosti
- Consumer online banking and Vipps eFaktura
- Email, with delivery monitored
- Print and post

PDF routing, in both directions
Sending PDF invoices
Send PDFs directly from your system and we deliver it as a compliant e-invoice in the needed format, whether that's XRechnung, OIOUBL or Peppol BIS. A PDF on its own doesn't meet the requirements of an e-invoice.
Receiving paper and PDF invoices
Receive supplier invoices whatever form they arrive in. PDFs by email and scanned paper are converted to structured data and they arrive in your system in the same flow e-invoices.

Your route to Europe
ViDA sets the direction for the whole EU, with country-by-country mandates following on similar timelines. Even more countries are reachable through our networks.
Invoicing into a market that is not listed?
Just ask! We develop connections to new countries constantly, and can't wait to hear about your needs.
More from Inexchange
Sending and receiving e-invoices is the heart of what we do, but we offer more than just that.
Accounts payable automation
What happens after an invoice arrives: approval flows, matching against orders and receipts, and posting into your finance system.
EDI and supply chain messaging
Orders, order responses, despatch advices and catalogues over EDIFACT and Peppol, for customers who need more than invoices.
Inexchange for enterprises
High volumes, several markets, multiple entities and systems that all have to keep running. Tell us what your setup looks like and let's get started.
Inexchange for software providers
Add e-invoicing capabilities into your software via the Inexchange API without any additional hassle.
Frequently asked questions about our e-invoicing solutions
No. You keep sending and receiving in whatever format your system already produces. Conversion happens in our flow, and documents are checked against the relevant standard on the way in and again after conversion, because conversion is itself somewhere errors appear.
Yes. Send the PDF and we deliver a compliant e-invoice, including XRechnung and OIOUBL. It runs on a document quota and expects a consistent layout. Replacing a finance system to meet a mandate is expensive and usually unnecessary
You scan the paper and forward it, and it is interpreted line by line and delivered to you as structured data in the same flow as everything else. A managed scanning service is available on the higher inbound tiers.
The recipient lookup decides per invoice. Where a country mandates its own platform, such as KSeF in Poland or SDI in Italy, the invoice goes there instead. The file you send does not change. Links to “Which markets require what”.
Print and post is the last step in the fallback chain. We handle it directly in Sweden and Norway, and in further markets through our print partner, so ask about the specific countries you invoice into.
We do. That is the substance of what you are buying: one agreed interface with your system, and the mapping, market rules and connectivity maintained outside it. A rule change does not land on your backlog.
A file transfer or portal setup runs in days. A full integration runs as a project over a few weeks, and the mapping is often built in a single joint session once we have your sample files.
Yes. Our small business services start at a handful of invoices a month with no integration project. If you send a few hundred invoices a year, that is the better fit and the better price.
