No. With our Free and Basic packages you can create and send invoices directly in our web portal, with nothing to install. If you have an ERP, you can connect it to Inexchange by choosing our Premium package.

Sending: Free gives you 12 e-invoices per year at €0; Basic is €25 per month with unlimited invoices; Premium is €49 per month and connects your ERP. Postal invoices are available on Basic and Premium at €3.59 per invoice.

Receiving: Supplier Invoice is €12 per month plus €0.40 per received invoice. E-order Intro starts at €60 per month.

The same day. Creating an account takes about 2 minutes, and you can start creating invoices in our web portal straight away. We then deliver the invoice as a proper e-invoice through Peppol or the recipient's network.

You order everything online, at fixed prices. You can get started with Free, Basic and Supplier Invoice right away. Premium and e-order packages are set up for you by our team after you order, usually within a few days.

You can still send them the same way as e-invoices. Inexchange checks how each recipient can receive invoices and delivers an e-invoice, a PDF by email or a printed postal invoice automatically.

Yes. Supplier Invoice (€12 per month plus €0.40 per invoice) receives e-invoices via Peppol straight to your portal, attachments included. If you want paper and PDF invoices interpreted and delivered in the same flow, you need our Enterprise-level package, which is quoted individually.
