If you can't send e-invoices today, Semcon offers you a free service where you can send e-invoices at no cost. By creating an account on Inexchange, you can use this web-based service to send 100 e-invoices per year free of charge. InExchange also has other flexible solutions for invoicing via your ERP system.
How to invoice Semcon
Semcon only accepts electronic invoices. Please note that PDF
does not count as an electronic invoice. In order for you to be paid on time,
all invoices must meet Semcon's requirements. In order for Semcon to
process your invoice, a department number must always be entered with 1-4
digits, no zeros in front of the department number.
